Hi, I have received a replacement SIM card the other day, as I lost the original one. O2 activated it fine, only issue is, is that my data isn’t working, calls are working fine though.
Not sure if this has anything to do with my data not working but within the last 3 days I have also changed my tariff and also requested my old BT mobile phone number to be ported over to my current O2 number.
Any help would be much appreciated

Thanks, I have messaged them via Facebook and also through the o2 app, but everytime I have had a query they take around 8-10 hours to respond
