New order not showing in My orders

Hi all,

 

I've had my O2 contract phone for a while now, and today I ordered a tablet.

 

I've had the confirmation email to say is on it's way, with delivery details, new phone number, tracking number, etc., but it still isn't showing in My orders . . . 

 

It's due for delivery tomorrow, and I would really like to have a rough idea of when it's going to turn up.

 

Any ideas why it's not showing??

You need to call cs but we've heard they are out of stock.

It won't appear in my O2 until they have stock. You should get email confirmation when it is. We've suggested many times they implement a live stock system.
