I have a O2 number for nearly a year and also have Volt

I tried to get a new number via USwitch (50 GB for £12 1 year) but was rejected due to business policies but no reason was given!!

Is it beacuse i have Volt?

Cant i get this deal? Pls advise

Won't be Volt. I have Volt and I upgrade every year via USwitch to avoid the annual price rise.

As I say, I go through the upgrade rout not taking out a second contract. However, number stays the same and Volt benefits transfer over.

It may be just taking out another contract whilst one is running

O2s policies are past finding out at times

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Thanks Enlii

Good to know its possibly not due to Volt

I have an existing contract and trying to get one for my son. How can that be wrong?

In fact O2 has something called Multisave that encourages you to get upto 20 sims!

But no one ever has.......

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
