Hi,
I entered a contract with yourselves on Saturday 22 June. Unfortunately, I didnt pick up my chip in the shop.
How can this be resolved please?
Also, if I want to transfer my existing number, can I do this on line?

Quickest way would be to go back to the store to get a sim.
