I have a payment plan set up. I payed it before the date it was due however my servises have still been restricted. Why has this happened. I need my services especially at the moment as my mother is in hospital and I need to keep I touch with the hospital.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

I've been trying to get through to o2 customer services since 7.45 but it keeps putting me through to the automatic payment line.
