Hi there

I have had a new phone with a new chip I have alwasy been an 02 customer so thought it would be simple to keep my new number, and the new phone did work straight away until this morning where my network was no longer available and I can only do emergency calls. I have a PAC number which was sent when initially registering the new sim, can you help please?

@Swilkins

Your new phone should work with the old sim. Turn it off and back on again. If nothing happens then take the sim out, reinsert it and try again.

@Swilkins

You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hi @Swilkins , how are you doing this week?

In case you're still around I'd love to hear if you managed to get your number working in the end, in the new phone? slight_smile
