I placed an order 2 weeks ago for a contract iphone 12 pro, it said it was in stock online and would arrive by 03/12. It is now 08/12 and I still haven't heard anything from o2 regarding my order. I cant track it online as it asks for my mobile number to send a code, which I cannot do without the device. Online chat & shop are useless and I cant for the life of me get through to anyone on the phone. I have no clue what to do, I just want to cancel the order at this point and go elsewhere. Can anyone help?

I have tried this and seem to be getting no reply. Quick enough to take the payment but impossible to get a hold of and no correspondence about whats happening with my order.

They will respond to you given time but there are worldwide shortages of electronic devices currently so giving timescales for deliveries is a bit of a guess unfortunately.
