Hey, last Sunday I made the switch from giffgaff to o2 (payg, rolling monthly). I have done that with the sales representative and entered my PAC code on the o2 website to bring my original number to o2. On Today's morning the switch was partial, so I lost the service in giffgaff (expected), but my original number did not appear in o2 (unexpected).
Is there anyone could help me and partner out? (My partner is on the same boat)

Sounds like the port is going through, but it can take time for everything to come across
