Is there a list of sites/services that don't affect your data allowance? And more specifically, is the background data my phone is slurping from Tu Go each day free or unfree?

I can confirm that TuGo IS taken from your monthly allowance as confirmed by Senior Customer Service Managers at o2.

I know this myself as I had a problem with TuGo using 80mb in 8 hours and it came out of my allowance.
