All i want to do is speak to an online advisor and it just keeps sending me in circles on the O2 help page, im struggling to pay my bill and i can't ring anyone because they have cut me off.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )
You can use social media but it's really a phone call needed
