How can I use voicemail transcription (i.e. Voicemail automatically transcribes the text of the message) on iPhone SE 2020 running iOS 13.4?
I have read that O2 supports it and I'm running the latest version of iOS.
I just can't work out how to use it. There doesn't appear to be an option.
Thanks.

you need iData on your account.
This is often forgotten by O2 when setting up accounts.
You'll need to call to get it activated Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Thank you.
So I rang O2 on 0800 587 4005 and was told by the guy I spoke to that my account was already set up to support iPhone voicemail transcription but he didn't know whether O2 supported it in the UK or not. He couldn't think of any solutions except to find friends with iPhones and O2 and see if they can use it! And then copy their settings if they could! 😮
He finished saying the general consensus of opinion was that it probably won't work in the UK unless I change the phone's language to American.
Crazy!
