Hello, could someone help i want to upgrade contract early as last time I waited untill it ended which ment my contract went into the next month so i was charged twice when I upgraded to a new contract, im 2 weeks away from being able to upgrade a month early and o2 keeps saying I can upgrade now if i pay off the reminder which is only £23 was wondering if its possible to do this via CPW as the deal i want is a fair bit cheaper there or can you only pay it off when upgrading via o2 directly? Thanks.

Hi @Anonymous you can only upgrade early through O2 as far as I am aware. To go to CPW it would mean cancelling your contract and paying what you owe...

Any outstanding amounts will carry over to the following month as your bill is produced in advance of any cancellation. This is why we advise customers not to cancel direct debits till O2 have collected the final monies owed. You can always check via My O2 to see the amount owing. When your bill shows £0.00 balance then this means full settlement has been taken
