Has anyone experienced a ticking sound on a call Z Flip?

Hi, I just got a new z flip 5G, but when I make a call the phone seems to give off 3 little ticks per second, quite faint, but I can hear them on a call. The ticks persist after I end the call, even after I turn the screen off, and they still go on even after I fold the phone. They appear to stop about 10-20 seconds later.

I can also hear them when I move my ear down the screen as if it's coming from the whole phone.

*I haven't made that many calls on it, but 3 times I couldn't be heard. I could be heard once on speakerphone.
