EU Roaming charges apply with BIG BUNDLE

Dear All,

I understand that with big bundles you get an amount of minutes call and text for free, and that those can be used to text and call the EU zone (Germany, Italy). However when I did this my balance was reduced by almost 4 pounds. For instance, 20p for a text that should be included in the free text amount of the big bundle. Did I got this wrong?

It only applies when you are roaming, not when calling from your home network.

Take particular  notice of whats NOT included ie

• Making calls or sending texts from the UK, to countries outside of the UK.

• Making calls or sending texts to countries outside of our Europe Zone.

• Making calls or sending texts to premium rate numbers, directory service numbers and some non-geographic numbers (which can vary over time). Find out more

• Using more data than included in your Europe Zone (excluding the UK) allowance. If you do, this will be charged at our Europe Zone Web Daily and Europe Zone Web Daily Bolt On rates
