Does Disney+ £2 discount not apply with O2 Open discount?

Hey, I have an O2 Open discount applied to my monthly airtime bill,I also have subscribed with O2 for Disney+ and thought i would recieve another £2 discount on my airtime bill yet this is not showing up on my discount section in  my bill breakdown.

Does anyone know if these two cannot be used in conjuction as i cannot find anything to tell me why the discount is not being applied? Would appreciate any help.

You can have the Disney discount too, so you should pay £3.99  a month for it.

MI5, the only discount that is showing on my bill is the O2 open discount 😕

Should be a £2 adjustment @benoutof10

I am the same, I have £2 discount but my open 20% discount seems to be forgotten about thou still active
