Ok I have a total of 4 numbers/contracts with o2 have done for years but one of these numbers which is an iPhone has made £256 of fraud purchases over the course of 3 days, I have contacted iTunes who have behaved so underhand I can barely believe it I requested a refund for the charges and they refunded an old legitimate purchase of the same game for 4.99 which was actually genuine so that they could then justify not providing credit for the £256, my son has that phone he's 17 not a baby he knows not to do that he say he has no knowledge of it which I believe. So iTunes refunded a legit purchase and said the later higher doesn't qualify for the £256 worth of charges I then dispute that asking for full information as to these charges so that I may investigate them, they completely ignored my request & once again denied without explanation but now the charges cant be disputed at all like the god of iTunes has made a decision, jokers. iTunes think they can make ridiculous charges for virtual non existent products and not even have to provide information as to what the actual charges are for or answer fraud reports, its shocking and almost certainly illegal, so my problem is this I will not be paying those ridiculous charges I will see them in court and they can explain then fully at that time but how do I prevent my o2 account becoming entangled in this as to not pay one bill effects that contract and the others, I really don't want my loose my o2 accounts which are in good standing but I wont be railroaded in to paying its not right and I want to contest it completely... I cant get through to o2 to ask...

This is the problem with Apple now, as unfortunately people cry wolf too often, and so now Apple have decided enough is enough (as have google) and its upto to the consumer to prove they haven't made the transactions, and that you haven't allowed your Apple ID's to be used / compromised.
Unfortunately there is very little o2 can do, as Apple have passed on what they are saying are legitimate charges against your mobile numbers, and Apple ID, and Apple want their money. Apple can see every single transaction, IP address, Number used for the transaction..
You need to speak to Payment Management on 0800 902 0217 and setup a payment plan, as if you dont, then o2 will suspend your services, and start recovery action against you for the sum, and this will affect your credit file, and may result in blocked handsets and termination of the numbers... and a bigger bill for any remaining time on your contracts...
Also you need to report the fraud to Action Fraud https://actionfraud.police.uk

O2 only pass on the charges so your dispute is with Apple not O2.
If you don't pay your bill, O2 to hand it over to debt collectors.
Ask O2 to put a bar on any other purchases whilst you sort this out with Apple.
