Posting here as I’ve been on the phone to DPD & O2 for 5 hours to no avail. I upgraded my phone on 26th June, it was due to be delivered the next day. I was at work on this day so rearranged the delivery to Friday 30th June. Between Tuesday and Friday, DPD lost my phone (they didn’t tell me until I called them this morning). They said to call O2 who would open an investigation. After another hour on the phone with O2, they’ve opened an investigation that i’ve been told will take a minimum of 10 working days. They refused to send me a replacement out in the meantime & said Id just have to wait. I use my phone for work and cannot be without one for 2 weeks, and am currently on the phone trying to cancel the contract, as the attitude from DPD, o2 customer service, o2 in-store sales people and everyone else i’ve spoken to has been blasé and uncaring. I’m being charged for a phone I haven’t received and no one cares! Please help!
