My O2 phone has been cut off cod I haven't paid my bill (stupid I know) but as I don't have a landline I now cannot contact to pay. I've tried calling form another mobile TESCO network and can't get through

Tesco CS is a different number completely. It's 4455, I think, but that wouldn't help the OP.
