I have been trying to call all day/get online chat etc
I have a pop up on my phone today O2 has turned off 4G. Then i have no signal to make incoming/outgoing calls. I am currently using my phone working from home supplying support workers/carers into residential homes etc so having my phone is so important at the moment and as i cant get through and speak with anyone i can do nothing!! i have also emailed the compliant email/called/online chat and nothing. Really not good service at a time like this when alot of people need to use their phones!

thank you, tried calling both lines and this just goes to customer services automated message line and then dosent go through to anyone

Yes only thing i can do it keep trying, not a very good service from O2 if i have got through to no one all day
