I have looked online at how to change my billing and payment date for my contract but so far have been unable to get any answers. I tried the online chat but nobody replies for days does anyone know how?! There is no option to?

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

(or the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217 )
