Change phone number

Hi,
I have been receiving a lot of harassing calls and the types of calls they are, is affecting my health and stressing me out. I have to use my phone to do my job so having these calls is really affecting my day to day life.. I would like to change my number but don’t know how to if someone can help please.
My monthly bill is behind due to the circumstances now but I have a payment plan with O2 so is it still possible to change my number?
Please can someone help, thank you

@temekazionna Until you're able to reach customer service, as a temporary measure here are ways to block phone numbers, depending on the type of phone you have:

Your phone will still get restricted automatically as no one has the relative skill to override the system. You will need to call again to be reconnected
