Solved: Cancelling Disney - How is this done

I am trying to cancel Disney but finding it impossible and chat lines are too busy to help - can someone give me any ideas?

Go into Myo2 on the web and scroll down to My Extras and then select Manage this extra and cancel it from their

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
