I used to have a contract with O2 but left and bought a new phone via another company, I am still with O2 for billing though as O2 are the network provider, I still get the monthly email from O2 detailing my monthly charge, I can't though view my bill on the O2 website, my number is no longer recognised, any ideas folk?

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract) OR 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)

Which company did you buy from?
Some are responsible for billing even if you are with O2
