I missed 2 service bill but continued to pay my device bill. I have still yet to pay the outstanding, my phone is barred, i cant phone or text, but i cant receive texts or messages either. Is this normal?

@Kellyb Barred means for both incoming and outgoing texts and calls.
You need to call the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217 to arrange to pay what you owe. Either borrow a phone from a friend or download Skype to call the freephone number: Guide: A Guide to Skype
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
