Hello, on Thursday just gone I pre ordered the Pixel 6 pro and downloaded the Myo2 app to get access to Myo2 but when I log in it shows no information regarding my device or tarrif. I am wanting to claim my Disney offer but cannot seem to access it.

 

Do I need to wait until I receive my phone and the tarrif to start before I can do this?

Yes, you need to wait until the phone has been dispatched to access myo2 and also your Disney Plus offer.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
