So, signed up to Virgin Media and a O2 sim was bundled in with the package.
We already have O2 contracts so didn't need the sim. Tried cancelling it on the first day we received it - was assured it was cancelled after being on the phone for over an hour.
A few days later I receive an email to say I will be charged £407.38... Phoned up and again on the phone for ages, was told it would be cancelled. Asked for confirmation email but wasn't able to get one apparently.
On Friday, the £407.38 was taken from my account - phoned up on Monday morning, was waiting for ages and the guy told me he credited the account - and to contact my bank to get a refund. Got the money back in my account and the bank cancelled the direct debits.
Unknown to me you's had already taken £25 also, haven't received this back.
Today I got ANOTHER email to say my next bill would be £0.01... I've cancelled the direct debits so good luck trying to get 1p off me.
Please sort this out, i'm losing my mind dealing with this. Will be putting a complaint in with the ombudsman if this isn't dealt with. If it effects my credit score I will be raising further.
I have records of everything.
