When I upgraded there was an offer for a set of beats earphones for £1. It said I would receive an SMS with a code within 30 days, it’s been over that now and nothing received. Can anyone help on how to resolve it? Previous topics send me in a loop that always ends here

You need to escalate it within O2.
We're advised that the social media channels are best.
Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

This is the problem, all the help topics say to raise on socials (this community is listed as one) - I don’t have Facebook or Twitter so I don’t know how to escalate beyond raising on here, I’ll try the phone number thanks

The active Socials are Facebook, Instagram and X (or Twitter as was), @Dave_Cart - not this O2 Community Forum, as nobody here can access your account (all are O2 Customers or former customers).
By all means, try calling - all Support avenues in Guide: How to find help & contact O2
