hi people, i am absolutely exasperated and its not then money its the point now. ok so ill try and explain although typing whilst "angry" i tend to just rant in a senseless way........ so i am trying to withdraw money from a casino site called "fruitykings" its only £40 quid but it would really help me right now. . . . so they are requesting i verify from the device i topped up from,(i happened to have some spare phone credit so i topped up £20 into my fruitykings account). . . . i am using an old nokia with a pay as you go account so this is what they are requesting """""Proof of payment : Please provide us with the Phone Bill in PDF format showing the mobile number that you have used with us and your full name. As we need to see your name and phone number on one document/screenshot."""""" seems simple enough right??? wrong there is no bill for a start as its a pay as you go phone i have sent them any picture i can think off that has my name and phone number on it, i shall attach the pics i have sent to this message so you can see for yourselves as they keep rejecting whatever i send.... i dont know what else i can do, there is obviously no bill so i would greatly appreciate any ideas.............. (i am unable to attach the pictures i have sent them however these where any screen shots of -places in my o2 that had both my name and phone number on them)

@marksy7676 This is a customer community. No one has access to anyone else's account.
If they're asking for a bill and phone number on one document it sounds like you can't provide that, unless you have another utility bill with both.
I've found their customer care page. I suggest you contact them directly:
