Hi
I have pay as you go and want to change to pay monthly.
Instead of getting sent a new sim and going through the PAC code thing can I just keep the sim I have already.
if so how do I go about it?
thanks
Paul

You need a new sim as they are different.
See guide for the simple process change Guide: Migration & porting into O2
If you switch from Pay As You Go to a Pay Monthly tariff, we will send you a new sim with a new phone number.
If you want to keep your original number, we can arrange this. You’ll need your new Pay Monthly phone number from your O2 confirmation email or sim pack.
