If you are being moved from Virgin in most cases you don't need a new SIM. On those occasions you do it is automatically sent out to you.
Have you actually moved, or have you just been notified it's happening?
BTW ignore the 445 number posted by @jonsie. That is PAYG only. You posted in the PAYG section.
