Solved: Topped up wrong number

Hi all,

My daughter requested i top up her phone which I did. She said she hadn't received the topup and I then realised I had topped up the wrong number! How do I go about getting it transferred to the correct number?

I’m afraid that isn’t usually possible.
You could ask customer service but usually it cannot be rectified

A couple of years ago I topped up the wrong PAYG number. In error, I clicked on my son's girlfriends number instead of his. Called 4445 and they wouldn't change it. So she got a top up she didnt need. I had to do it again for him...:smileysad:

Edited to add, they do pay me for the top ups.... though sometimes it's easier for me to use my card...:smileywink:
