PAYG sim has been locked

My PAYG sim has been locked for a second time, first time I managed to get it sorted with £9+ credit, a few weeks after that,  it was locked again... I only use it for emergencies. I needed to use it just before lockdown 7 weeks ago... tried to get in touch with o2 but no luck because of Coronavirus.

The number I need to get unlocked is different to the one I am registered with. Please advise, thank you.

I am wondering if you know that you need to use your PAYGO Sim once every three months it was 6 months ....so to be safe make a chargeable call to keep your sim active every 90 days.
Keep all PAYGO sims active.
