Anybody any ideas, I have used my sim for over 12 months now and literally paid £10 each time I wanted to to it up however this week I found there was no credit so paid£10 to top it up. Now when I login it says my balance is zero even though my bank says the payment has been taken. My account also shows my sim needs a monthly top up now.
