I have has a lot of issues with O2. I was told my roaming and data would work if I went abroad to Europe. However, when I got there, I couldn't make any calls or use any data or send any texts. I used my friends phone to contact O2 and the team couldn't figure it out. It took a long time to get a reply or call back but even then, they didn't have a solution. I had to purchase a whole new sim while abroad and pay for that. I was wondering if I could be compensated for that months top up of 10 pounds that I spent and didn't get to use.

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.
