Hello everyone! I am currently in France, can get online, but cannot make/ receive calls..I was sure that I didn't have to activate roaming before departure, as I am in Europe Zone. I am sure I am missing something.

Try these tips.
Manually search for a different network.
Reboot phone a few times.
Switch to 3g only.
If using iPhone, change the apn to mobile.o2.co.uk
Finally contact O2 to check for any roaming bars on the account.
