Hi since long before 02 went down i am not getting any internet connection keeps kicking me on and off and most i get is E....its been nearly two weeks now. I've made a complaint last week wednesday and no one had got back to me and this still continues and whats even worse i am paying for it! i'd like this resolved plus compensation.

Someone from complaints should ring you back this week. They work to a timescale of 10 days I believe.
