just upgraded how can I finish the order?

Hello I have just upgraded to a new phone but I have to finish the order on line

Cannot find the right checkout button I am afraid

Can I be advised?

Can you explain how you upgraded and what instructions you had to complete online?
Do you have an email with a link to follow?

Not sure what went wrong when ordering online @Anonymous? If you had problems you can give customer services a call in the morning... between 8-8.30 am is the best time http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus 

They will be able to complete your order for you.

You could also check My O2 in the morning to see if the order has been placed http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
