Thanks for the reply, the website and stores are contradicting each other!! The store say ring 202 and then I get told to go to the store. The phone was recieved via online order due to the stores being closed. After 1/2 dozen calls to 202, it now been resolved and now awaiting a return package.

The rule is that it must be returned from where it came from.
So if ordered online, it must be returned by post.
