can't make calls abroad

What I shuld do if i can't make calls or texts ?(i was trying to call to Poland but my phone hangs up right away)

Have you got a spend cap applied? If so you need to get it removed

@AnnaP To add to the advice from @Cleoriff, check to see if you have the correct country code for Poland entered for the contact you're trying to reach.

and if you are PAYG you will need credit as international calls aren’t included in bundles.

Hi @AnnaP how are you doing this week? There's a lot of helpful suggestions above that could explain why you were unable to make calls to Poland earlier. It would be great to hear how you're getting on with this and if you got everything sorted after you last posted?
