Where can I claim my free gift?!

Anonymous
Not applicable

I've recently ordered an iPad and can choose a free gift online. However I can only find the page that shows what the free gifts are, as the webpage listed has either been moved or deleted.

Can anyone tell me where to find the page to claim my free gift or copy and paste the link?

Thanks

Update: The correct link to find this information is https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/great-deals.

Hi,

I've tried the website to claim my Xmas gift that many times I can now remember my IMEI number!!!!!

I've tried "online chat" and got told to go away and try in 5 days time..........Still no joy!!!

I keeps on saying the voucher has been used or the IMEI number is invalid - and I know it hasn't and it isn't !!!!

I got the voucher and the phone on the 17th Nov - so I know the "5 days" is up too.

Can anyone help me claim my "gift"...please ?

You need to contact brighstar and get them to chase your imei number up for as it hasn't been migrated onto the claims system yet.
