Webmail not working

I need to access my o2 webmail and have got a 404 error every time for a week. Signing into myo2 works, so my details are correct. I can't seem to find any way to webchat within the support section because I am not an o2 phone customer. Any help appreciated. Thanks

I too am having problems accessing my webmail. Called the support team on Saturday and the guy was extremely helpful but could not resolve the problem. So he logged the problem with the "higher" team and gave me a reference number. Had even more problems on Sunday, so rang through again. The guy who took the call this time was quite short and told me that the "higher" team found that there was nothing wrong and the problem will be closed off soon. He also told me I had too many emails in my inbox. I tried explaining that I cannot delete anything as I get thrown out with "cannot find page" but he was not at all interested. What do I do now? At home I view my emails through Outlook Express but when away from home I use webmail. Can anyone help? Would really appreciate it. I will ring O2 again but can't face it right now.

My webmail is not working either. Spoke to Customer Services pn Saturday. The guy was very helpful but could not fix it so he reported it to the Portal Team.  The problem got worse on Sunday so I rang Customer Services. This time the guy who answered was vary short with me and told me that the Portal Team did not find any problems and the case will be closed soon. Graet, my problem has not been resolved, it's hit and miss getting my webmail. It either takes ages or "a page not found" message appears. HELP. Even my previous attempt at posting to O2 community failed.

Can't believe it. The failed message I tried to post earlier has now appeared, so I now have 2 messages on the same subject.
