I have signed up to O2 through Virgin Media Ultimate Volt package. This offers an unlimited telephone / text / data O2 sim.
My O2 account shows all three elements as unlimited but, today, I received an email from O2 summarising my contract. This states that both telephone and text are unlimited but data as 250GB of UK data with 25GB available in the Eurozone area.
Can anyone confirm what my data position actually is, given the conflicting info. I have tried contacting O2 but they are difficult to get hold of!

This is not Customer Services but a Customer to Customer fourm.
You should get Unlimited UK Data calls and text upto the FUP, the EU Data is correct at 25GB as that is the new limit, before you get charged.
I would take what myo2 says as the truth.

Ive had the same,just signed up for virgin media ultimate volt bundle that shows unlimited o2 sim,app shows all unlimited but the order email says o2 250gb sim.Just spoke to virgin rep who says he will speak to his manager and find out why.

I recently signed up for volt and was told o2 sim was unlimited several times. However all my info from o2 says 250gb. Although I haven’t spoken to o2 my t&C below suggest 250gb and over get boosted to unlimited. See section 1a
