Thought you may get that. 😞

It's up to you if you want to try Live Chat although they'll probably say try the link again

I'd ring them on 202 contract or 4445 payg.

Live chat don't have a good rep for unlock codes.
In all honesty, you will most likely get the same code back again anyway.
The code is linked to your IMEI number so unless an error was made somewhere in the process it's no good trying different numbers.
Are you 100% sure you entered it correctly and how many times did you try?

Yeah I was 100% the correct code and I tried it 4 times... Just been talking on the live chat... They said they've sent off the unlatching code for all networks ... And a bigger plus I've just got 4G for no extra cost lol

I assime you have a 4G sim card ~ it will say 4g on it and I assume your in a 4g area with 4g phone. Well done for getting it and I believe 02 were offering it to ger as many on 4g as possible.

Good luck with their 2nd attempt at the code.

If thry do send the same code then if your 02 store is local it may be worthwhile popping in to ask an instore guru to look at it for you.

You can book an appointment here :

Let us know how you get on.

The iphone 5 is not 4g compliant on the 02 network band widths.
