Hi,
I bought a Samsung Tb S6 on 26th March, but now when i try to claim the casback from Samsung i need an invoice, but i didnt get nothing by email or in the tablet box, how can i contact O2 so that a can have another copy off the invoice. Please dont send information how O2 is operating on the Convid-19, because i read all of them, i just need an email to contact them, because rhe 202 dosent work.

Go into My O2 and previous orders. Download the order and save as pdf. Samsung will accept that.
