Is it possible to get a copy of my receipt from the o2 shop dating back to 2014

You could ask or even check with customer services but I'm positive they don't keep them for that long.

Have you got any evidence ie emails or texts of the products you bought?

Probably not if they only keep them 2 years like they do with bills

I have the contract
I have being locked out of my apple account and don't remember the two step verification or the password
So apple told me if I got the contract and the receipt they might be able to do something
