I'm absolutely appalled with 02 the things they take your money for even if you only touch your screen they steal another £ and when you turn off data they demand you turn it on

I assume its Data Charges.

Either switch off mobile data and just use wifi or get a data bolt on. Much cheaper than paying £1 a day. Smart phones will always use data if it is enabled, apps are designed to run and update in the background.
