Hi peeps, just a beginner so bear with me, know how you get 10 free texts to use per ,month on line, well I am trying to purchase more, it stated I would receive a validation code once I confirmed I wanted to purchase the extra texts, I cant find or do not know how to confirm that I do want to go ahead and buy extra texts. I am frustrated now as I have been at this for days and nothing is happening,

Log into MyO2 and go to Added Value> Send a text> Purchase> Buy and you should be able to get more from there.

 

If you have tried that and it's not working try a different browser or clear your browser's cache.

 

Also check in MyO2 that the number stored there is correct.

thanx but i am stuck there, it wont let me move on, it just highlights in red about a validation code, have tried logging off etc but nothing
