The code you sent me via text for my new ear buds 2pro graphite is not working ,used caps and then small ,clever move as I only have 14 days to claim them for a £1.

The way I did it was to make a note of the code, go to the shop on the website, select Pay In Full, and then select add to basket at the bottom of the page
And checkout
Then select Home delivery and enter the promo code..
If it still doesnt work call the sales team on 0800 081 0255

You may have to wait a couple of days for the code to work.
