Hi. My phone has been disconnected. I am a student nurse and working full time unpaid so’s trifling financially, and have just been told I have tested positive for coronavirus (my bill is late, and I carried over last months bill too, don’t judge me for this you don’t know my circumstances) ... anyways I made a promise I would pay my bill today (17 April) and it was placed on hold by payments management. However when I went to ring my phone won’t let me call out, I can’t receive calls or texts, it’s saying my number isn’t recognised and my o2 account has been shut down, I feel like my phone has been disconnected without warning. I just want to pay my bill and get my phone up and running however I am isolating alone, I have no landline, I can’t use my phone obviously and the online chats won’t let me get on! What shall i do ! Please help I desperately need my phone
