hi, i placed a new order for an ipad on the 4th January which went through ok, the upfront cost has also been taken, but the following day o2 message me to say the ipad was out of stock and ive heard nothing since but it says n stock on their website and it also said in stock when i placed my order, ive tried ringing CS but no matter what selection i choose it cuts me off. please help me.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
